If Columbus is going to break the Miami-Dade County's consecutive win streak, it's going to have to beat the current record holder.

The Explorers bring a 27-game regular season win streak into Friday night's game against nationally-ranked Miami Northwestern, which holds the record of 37 straight regular season wins. The Bulls streak was snapped last year.

The Miami Herald reports that these two aren't strangers to each other. For the last three seasons, Northwestern has defeated Columbus in the playoffs.
